Yoga Teacher Training is a structured, evolutionary course that every single time we run it, we are in awe the growth, love and energy demonstrated by the participants.

Each Teacher Training cohort turns out to be a magical alchemy of humans who compliment each other and the place each one is on in their individual life path so beautifully.

If you feel drawn to Yoga Teacher Training, say yes as fast as possible. Every participant exclaims, “I wish I would have done this earlier”.

Before teacher training, there is a curiosity of diving deeper into oneself and the knowledge of yoga postures and philosophy. After teacher training, there is a newfound confidence in self and a deep connection that can only be found in heartfelt community.

Sessions meet live online or in-person on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 9:30pm, plus additional pre-recorded material and one additional yoga class per week and include yoga practice, meditation, and a deep dive into the wisdom teachings. All sessions will be recorded and made available.

That's fine! Most students take this course for their own benefit, a deeper understanding of themselves. If you choose to teach after that's completely up to you.

Stacy Rans

Stacy first discovered yoga in 1997 and, after about ten years of a practice that ebbed and flowed, developed a solid practice in 2008. She completed her initial 200hr Teacher Training with Rolf Gates in 2012 and her 300hr Sattva Vinyasa with Dani McGuire in 2018. Stacy has a heart for sharing yoga with ALL levels of students...and in 2016 began expanding that reach through her role as a "teacher of teachers" in Bodyworks 200hr Teacher Training program. While she will always have an appreciation for the strength and flexibility that her asana practice provides her with, she has more recently found a greater connection with the 8-limb path of yoga...and the impact of taking her yoga OFF of her mat...and she has begun to share that knowledge with others through private sessions as well as teaching yoga to the young men at the Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility."Let the beauty that you love, be what you do" ~ Rumi
